I'm a graduate of Business Administration major in Marketing Management. I've been a virtual assistant for 3 years, my responsibilities includes transferring of files to another social media platform, answering emails from US clients, doing mystery shops, evaluating the performance of the customer service representatives and sends weekly reports. Also worked as a E-bay and Amazon product lister. Aside from being a virtual assistant I also worked in the field of accounting and finance for 4 years. I am very flexible and hard working I can assure you quality work.
