Currently working as on operations manager in a brokerage trucking company in the US. Handles load boards and team of dispatchers for booking trucks for shipments in various places in the US.

I am a master of problem identification.I also acquired knowledge in Fin-Tech recently and gained knowledge about claims and dispute processes as well as Chargeback processes.I excel in handling different CRM tools and advanced knowledge in using Zendesk. Knowledgeable with Photoshop  and video format conversion.Knowledgeable with Kartra processes.

More about me?I've been in the BPO industry for 8 years and I've handled different customer service channels like phone, email, live chat and back office.
