my job was more on SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, MARKETING, HOTEL MANAGEMENT AND BOOKING AGENT ON A TRAVEL AGENCY.
My first job was FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST my duties were Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming,0 directing and
announcing them appropriately Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls Receiving and sorting daily mail.
SALES MARKETING -Prepares documentation and receives payments. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
BOOKING AGENT - Organized detailed travel itineraries for clients, ensuring smootharrangements for performances and events.
I also did email marketing for a while and is knowledgeable in basic email marketing. I sometimes create my email swipes for product promotion. I also did tickets, wordpress for a blog site answering queries, and chat support for different products.
