I was once a Customer Support Representative, then a Customer Service Representative, a Team Lead then eventually a Team Manager, handling all escalated concerns, and Social Media customer concerns. Currently, I am handling a team who handles and answers all disputes and alerts for our merchant store using Ethoca, CDRN, Vantiv, AmEx and CB911.
I've tried using a lot of Shopping Carts and CRM. I'm also knowledgeable enough with MS Word, Excel as well as Google Drive, Docs, sheets then Smartsheets.
I am very much self reliant, can work well on a team and currently seeking for a job that would allow me to grow while I help them build a better business.
