Profile Description

I was once a Customer Support Representative, then a Customer Service Representative, a Team Lead then eventually a Team Manager, handling all escalated concerns, and Social Media customer concerns. Currently, I am handling a team who handles and answers all disputes and alerts for our merchant store using Ethoca, CDRN, Vantiv, AmEx and CB911. I've tried using a lot of Shopping Carts and CRM. I'm also knowledgeable enough with MS Word, Excel as well as Google Drive, Docs, sheets then Smartsheets.I am very much self reliant, can work well on a team and currently seeking for a job that would allow me to grow while I help them build a better business.
