Profile Description

I graduated last March 19, 2012, with a bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I have worked as a trainee in Cordova Reef Village Resort and in Sbarro Italian Restaurant during our School on the Job Training. My experiences while having my OJT would be very helpful and applicable in your company. With my Educational background and skills, I strongly believed that I can easily learn any task required.
I've been working as a Customer Service/Sales Representative for almost 4 years. in 2 different BPO companies specifically in, Advertisement, Loan and Technical Account including being a Technical Sales Specialist, and by the grace of GOD was chosen as one of the TOP Customers/Technical Service Representative and Sales Agent at the same time. I resigned because one of my clients hired me as a personal Medicare specialist until I become a team lead specialist or supervisor and currently handling a team in Medicare accounts. Being a Customer Service Representative is really my passion. For me, It's not about working but it's about helping and assisting every customer's concern. Providing assistance beyond their expectation.
My willingness and determination to learn pushes me through to understand everything, believing that it would surely enhance my capabilities, skills and knowledge to become a more effective, efficient and competitive employee.
