Profile Description

My name is Upgrade to see actual info and I have been in the Customer Service industry since 2011. My course is also related to customer service and I always enjoy working in this field. My first job was a Travel Agent in Orbitz and we always deal different situations with our customer regarding thier hotel bookings, airline problems, car rental inquries and billings.
My last job was a technical/chat support agent in High Traffic Academy (HTA) which is my 1st home base job. I've been with them for almost a year, since they've changed the management, all old employees in the Philippines were replaced.
The company was about teaching our customer how to gain traffics in the internet, by using their tools which makes a kind of advertisement for a certain product.
In HTA, they have this customer satisfaction ratings and most of the time I get good ratings for being helpful, patient and knows exactly their concern. I know how to adjust when it comes to irate customers, what I always do is just to listen to their frustrations, acknowledge their concern and provide solution.
When it comes to providing customers instructions, I'm very organized and keen to details for them to understand easily and more convenient for them.
I'm a fast learner since I'm also very techy. I was also a tech support agent in Qualfon Philippines, helping customers with their phones. I don't have any problems with my computer since I got a Processor Intel Core i3 with 4GB Ram. My internet has a good signal as well.
I'm really good at marketing, also sometimes I'm like a graphic artist, I use Adobe Photoshop just basic skills, I can do video-photo editing, I troubleshoot my own laptop and my own PC if ever there are viruses and technical problems. I'm really into learning new applications, by watching YouTube/ any video tutorials. I can type fast (40 wpm) which is a good sign for chat/email works.
