Profile Description

I have more than 14 years of combined experience in team management, collections, customer service, and real estate marketing.          

I started in the BPO industry in 2009 as a collection agent. My primary role
was to collect past due debts and provide customer service to credit card
holders from a huge well-known financial company based in the US. After 3
years, I was promoted as a team leader and managed a team consisting of 14-20
debt collectors for more than 4 years. 

After working in an office set-up for over 7 years, I’ve dUpgrade to see actual info to work from
home where I became a part of a property management company based in Michigan, USA. I was a virtual assistant in the collection and eviction department. After my 10-month stint with the company, I’ve dUpgrade to see actual info to enroll myself in some real estate trainings to better understand this fast-paced industry. 

I’ve also worked as a marketing coordinator in a real estate company based in
Australia. My tasks include creating flyers and photo books, posting the property
online (i.e. company’s website, Facebook, YouTube, and other real estate online
platforms), managing the client’s social media accounts and website, building newsletters and email blasts, and assisting real estate agents in their marketing needs.

Experience in Property Management and Real Estate 
Knowledgeable with Propertyware, Appfolio, Zoho, Campaign Track, Activepipe, Box & Dice and other CRMs which are commonly used in real estate 
Knowledgeable with Trello, InDesign and Photoshop 
Fast learner and quick to adapt 
Has good research and analytical skills 
Always tries to innovate and improve existing processes 
Able to generate reports and charts and also tabulate survey statistics, familiar with Excel Formulas 
Knowledgeable with Windows Office Applications MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel 
Excellent English written and oral skills
