I have more than 10 years combined experience in team management, collections, customer service and real estate marketing.
I started in the BPO industry in 2009 as a collection agent. My primary role
was to collect past due debts and provide customer service to credit card
holders from a huge a well-known financial company based in the US. After 3
years, I was promoted as a team leader and managed a team consisting of 14-20
debt collectors for more than 4 years.
After working in an office set-up for over 7 years, I’ve decided to work from
home where I became a part of a property management company based in Michigan, USA. I was a virtual assistant in the collection and eviction department. After my 10-month stint with the company, I’ve decided to enrol myself in some real estate training to better understand this fast-paced industry.
I’ve also worked as a marketing coordinator in a real estate company based in
