I have been in call center industry for over 9 years. I started as a collection specialist in 2009 and eventually got promoted as a Team Leader in 2012. As a Team Leader, my tasks are managing a team consisting of 15-24 agents. I am responsible with their daily performance as a collection specialist. I listen to calls and do coaching sessions with them to improve their skills and make them better collectors. I am also responsible with the team's performance. I make sure that the target is met end of business day. I do this by consistently communicating with my team and explaining the importance of performance. I am proud to say that my team has been consistently on top of the game. I also have tasks or clerical works given to me by my manager and the client. I processed complaints and litigation and provide resolution to the customer. I have also been tasked to do daily, weekly and monthly reports for the program. I did applicants screening as well. I have also been given the chance to manage a program which is Recoveries. I had AVPs reporting to me. I am responsible in day to day operations. I am the one approving the performance reviews and bonuses of the agents before it get sent to the payroll for processing. Working from home, I recently worked for a Real Estate - Property Management copany based in Michigan, USA. I was an collection and eviction admin wherein I called tenants to remind them and collect for their past due rent. I also processed past due and eviction notices which I sent to the tenants. I’ve also communicated with attorneys, judges and bailiffs in regards to any eviction cases. I am knowledgeable in MS Outlook as this is where we mainly communicate most of the time in the office. I used this when sending communication to everyone to ensure that it is documented and not just verbally. I am also knowledgeable in MS Excel. I used this most of the time when I do reports so I know how to do PVOT and do basic formulas. I am confident that my experiences would make me the best fit for this job.
