Profile Description

            I am a Filipino lawyer with over 5 years of professional experience in providing legal services.  I obtained my law degree from San Beda College, one of the top law schools in the Philippines. I also obtained a Master's degree in Germany and currently taking up LLM.  
            
           I have been practicing as a generalist lawyer since 2014. I offer the following services: legal advice/counseling /opinion; legal writing i.e. drafting/reviewing of contracts, agreements, affidavits, pleadings, memorandum, motion, demand letter, etc.; legal research and analysis; compliance review; and other related legal services.

            I previously worked as an Associate Lawyer in one of the reputable and top litigation law firms in the Philippines. I represented clients in criminal, civil, corporate, property, labor, and taxation cases and appeared as counsel before courts, quasi-judicial bodies, administrative bodies, labor arbiters, and mediators, etc. 

            I also previously worked as a Remote Associate of a Filipino-Canadian lawyer and as a Legal Consultant of a British lawyer. 

            Currently, I work remotely for a US Law firm (based in San Diego, California) as a litigation support lawyer to US Attorneys responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, and discoveries, etc.
