Profile Description

I'm a licensed lawyer here in the Philippines and was admitted to the bar on June 4, Upgrade to see actual infoom working for almost 7 years in the Corporate world, I recently discovered that I can develop and share my legal practice online and so far I have been loving the experience and would like to learn more and gain clients through this avenue.  As a remote worker, I had the chance to work with a US Law firm that specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions of E-commerce and Small Businesses in the US wherein we work on corporate documents, trademarks, contracts and negotiations with the parties involved. I also have a remote client wherein I handle their corporate documents and compliance through Shoobx and get the chance to learn Delaware corporate law as well as US business compliance. Before going online, I was working as a Junior Corporate Counsel in a Conglomerate here in Philippines handling mostly corporate housekeeping, labor litigation, transactional law and contract drafting. I also have an experience working as a Human Resource as my undergraduate degree was Psychology, especially in employee relations that handles management – employee questions in labor law and benefits. While studying law and in order to support my family and studies I worked in the BPO industry for 6 years as Customer Service Representative, Technical Support and later on as a Team lead since I strive to be independent financially in reaching for my dream as a lawyer. Aside from the work background, I always believe that self-improvement, hard work and lots of patience can get you through any obstacles that life throws. I can work independently and with less supervision with results as desired by my employers since I'm keen to details and articulate in writing. I know how to work with Google Drive, Wordpress, Ms Word etc or any other program that you want me to learn. I am a highly trainable individual and eager to explore new aspects of law as well as in life.
