Online Marketing - Lister and Store Manager
- As store manager, I was responsible with products listing and optimization  on Ebay, Shopify, Walmart and other sales channels including Amazon and Craigslist.  
- Listing optimization includes revising photos, titles and content keywords.  I also see to it that pricing is very competitive with the sales channel's prevailing prices.
- Rechecks listing and store metrics as basis for optimization and improvement.
- Responsible in managing the store's 4-5 star rating integrity by making customer's happy using their feedback.
- Manage Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads
- Business and Local Listings for SEO/SEM efforts
- Social media administrator for business??facebook,??twitter, google+
- Handles company's live chat and sales??email account for product sales inquiry, after sales customer service, customer feedback and satisfaction 

Sales Support / Customer Support - Email and Live Chat
- Create proposals (selects the most appropriate product and pricing) for field sales agent according to a template or personalized per customer using MS Applications - Word and Excel and Adobe Reader
- Research for competitors and prevailing prices on other selling platforms
- Follow up directly with customers or field sales agents using personalized emails and phone calls, voicemails
- Coordinate with other team members for pricing or follow up using Trello and Google docs
- Create monthly promotions for offline and online marketing channels using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
- Email marketing for segmented cold and warm leads; done manually using MS Outlook
- Product specification and compatibility researcher using Google; looking for product brochures
