I've had long experience working on BPO both online and office based job. My main skill is Customer Service and Telemarketing. I was a telephone banker for 5 years in a high and huge US bank. I am good dealing with customers and enjoying solving and helping them out with their drawback.I also had experience working at home as a telemarketing mainly lead generation for about 4 years. I was an HR / Admin - Assistant for an engineering firm as well & I am very hardworking and dedicated to what I am doing. Connecting to people is my main skillI am looking for a long time and Stable job where I can contribute success building your business and improve my knowledge and skills at the same time.
