I am currently the Technical Head at a water utilities company, overseeing the operation, maintenance, and development of our water system. My role focuses on ensuring efficient, reliable, and sustainable water service delivery to the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing and optimizing the performance of multiple pumping stations
- Overseeing water supply operations and system performance
- Supervising personnel, including work schedules, task assignments, and area coverage
- Leading project planning and implementation for infrastructure improvement
- Conducting preventive maintenance and system troubleshooting
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to water quality standards
- Processing required environmental and regulatory permits in the Philippines.
- Utilizing SAP for asset management, material reservations, and purchase requests
- Applying basic AutoCAD skills for drafting, layout work, and technical drawings
