Profile Description

I've done marketing/sales working in a pharmaceutical company for a year promoting the company's major products and also maintaining good and harmonious relationship with our customers. It involves corresponding with customers via telephone, email marketing or other means to take orders and solicit opinions to better improve our service.
I've been a customer service representative for 2 years. Responsibilities include navigation and support applications as well as knowledge of Benefits and HR
Received inbound call and does outbound calling for followups regarding dependent verification. Emailing proposals to numerous and existing client for promoting the services of the company.
Document all inquiries to Company's Case Management System and update multiple applications in order to develop accurate and comprehensive responses and documentation for inquiries.
I am looking for a long term stable job where i can also help contribute to the company and help me improve my knowledge and skills.
