I've been in the BPO industry for 4 years. I am quite skilled in terms of communication and multi tasking with using computer. I want to explore myself and also because I want to trust my knowledge and ability to use it in the other industry. Also, I know for a fact that being able to explore will give you a lot of experiences and opportunities. I always strive to do my best in a specific area where I am assigned to. Regarding my former job, we are required to execute amazing performance, to be specific by satisfying our clients. Every call is very important because losing client is a big loss for every company. Same goes for this industry in order for us to succeed in this industry we have to make sure that every task that will be given to me/us, we have to make sure that we will be able to accomplish it with the given time. I don't have any experience yet in this industry but I wouldn't say that I am not fit to this field. My eagerness to learn and to grow will definitely help me in this industry. I am always open for a feedback regarding my work because it will help me to determine what are the things that I should focus on or something that I need to work on. I am looking forward to work for you and let's have a great connection with each other while doing our best to accomplish everything.
