Profile Description

I've been in the BPO Industry for almost 10 years. I am very much experienced with customer service, technical support, email and chat support. I also handled Sales and Lead Generation for 5 years. I am very confident with appointment setting and speaking with potential clients. I also have an experience with logistics wherein I was able to learn how the complex operation works. I was also a Social Media Team Leader for 2 years for the largest electric distributor in the Philippines. I can very well work with least supervision and I am very enthusiastic. I am looking for a home based job that will still help me grow as a person.
