I am an experienced ecommerce dropshipping virtual assistant. I have experience in the following tools:

- ZikAnalytics
- WebSellerGuru
- PriceYak
- Google Sheets
As a well-rounded assistant, I was able to handle multiple roles including but not limited to doing the following tasks:
- Product Research, Listing, and Revision
- Order Fulfillment and after sales
- Customer Service

Aside from being a dropshipping VA, I am also experienced in Customer Service Representative. I have worked for an American financial institution for four years.

As a believer of continuing education, I enrolled myself in other virtual trainings and seminars. Just recently, I finished a LinkedIn Learning course in Data Analytics.

I am very dedicated and committed in every work I do no matter how big or small the tasks are.
