I have 10+ years of experience in both Customer Service and Sales handling both US and Australian based clients in  large call centers in the Philippines. Throughout my experience, I have learned to interact and communicate well with customers through active listening, empathy, and providing right solution which I believe are essential in providing good customer service. I can provide phone, email, and chat support.

I have worked as a Virtual Assistant for e-commerce stores and I am an expert in Customer Service, Research, Product Listing, Email Marketing, and Social Media Managamenet.

I am well skilled in data entry, email management, scheduling, MS Office application such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I have great attention to detail, well organized, a fast learner and can work with minimal supervision.
