 Creating and uploading payments  Pay off invoice.  Generating aging report  Preparing write-off and replacement invoices.  Preparing disbursal and collection reports.  Processing and recording manual receipts.  Identifying dishonored payments  Reversing manual receipts  Performing account reconciliation  Clearing Loan Payment Transaction and SPLPT

 Handle basic screening.  Conducts candidate call outs.  Ensuring all process candidates have their profile.  Creating and monitoring needed access for assessment  Setting and managing the initial candidate expectations and preparing them for an interview and assessment.  Ensuring timely communication regarding onsite and online assessment.  Responsible for maintaining and updating candidate’s database and tracking system.  Ensuring all hired candidates had passed all the required interview and assessment.  Responsible for endorsing hired candidates and coordinating to TA admin for the possible fall outs.  Responsible for sending EOD reports to managers and colleagues.
