as a customer service representative in Retail Account for one year role required me to empathize with customers' concerns, understand their situations in real time, and provide swift, high-quality resolutions. My responsibilities included handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and active listening. This experience significantly enhanced my problem-solving skills and my ability to think critically in dynamic situations.

I was responsible for compiling and organizing my classmates' on-the-job training (OJT) requirements. My tasks included collecting necessary documents and information from each classmate, ensuring all submissions met the required standards, and following up on any missing or incomplete documents. I then entered and organized the data in an Excel spreadsheet, ensuring it was accurate and well-structured for easy access and processing. This role enhanced my organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, while also providing valuable experience in administrative tasks and data management.

Whenever I need to make edits to my presentations, videos, or any other content, I consistently rely on Canva.

I did not work directly through capcut but since then, I have developed a passion for video editing, and whenever I edit a video, I consistently depend on CapCut.

During my time working with as a Customer Service, I gained extensive hands-on experience with this powerful customer experience platform. My role involved managing various aspects of the cloud-based contact center solution to ensure seamless customer interactions and efficient workflow management.

For 1 year as a customer service, I have dedicated myself to mastering the intricacies of Oracle Database, acquiring a robust set of skills and expertise that have enabled me to effectively manage, develop, and optimize Oracle Database environments. My journey has equipped me with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, allowing me to tackle various challenges and contribute to the stability and performance of database systems.
