Profile Description

I serve as the primary point of contact of around 500 corporate accounts in Australia. Majority of my contacts are the company's Director, CEO and IT Manager.My primary responsibility is to keep my clients satisfied and happy with our services and support. To attain this, I conduct regular account review meetings with my clients and furnish them with a summary report
as reference to our meetings/discussions.
Being an Account Manager for 6 years has equipped me with knowledge in resolving issues/ concerns in a timely manner. I also learned how to be responsible and efficient in meeting my KPI every month. With all these, I would like to discover new
learning in which I can use my present skills and at the same time contribute to the growth of your company while enabling me to provide extra source of income to my family.
