Profile Description

Collaborate with client for full architectural design and preparation of A&E documents of housing developments and corporate Upgrade to see actual infocludes computer-aided drafting, 3D modelling, cost estimation and construction site supervision.

Represents the client in designer & builder selection and supervising the construction of office fit-out. Handling of 3 to 4 projects aiming for a green building certification. Advises sustainable practices and strategies in the design and construction process to the team.
Mentoring, collaborating and delegating tasks to my team of juniors to manage additional projects.

Provide technical expertise to designers and builders; facilitate documentation, site monitoring, and compliance for retail and mid-to-high rise office building projects pursuing green building rating systems such as LEED, WELL, EDGE, etc.

Knowledgeable in design and editing software such Sketchup, AutoCAD, Lumion, Vray, Adobe Photoshop, adobe acrobat, microsoft office and google suite.
