Profile Description

A licensed architect and master plumber. Gained nine (9) years experience locally in structural, architectural and interior design works. A total of eight (8) years in UAE in a contracting and interior fit-out company. My most recent work was in Malaysia before deciding to return back and work as a freelancer.
My qualifications are as follows:
*Architectural + Interior Design – Plan, design and layouts for residential buildings and retail Upgrade to see actual infovelop detailed architectural and interior construction and design documents which include floor plan(s), exterior elevations, interior elevations, details, perspectives/3d graphic imaging, sections, a/c, power and lighting allocation, specifications and material selections and finishes. Coordinates MEP drawings and other related details.
*Structural + Surveying – In depth understanding of civil/structural works, coordinates and develop complete structural construction drawings.
*Plumbing Design - Plans, layouts and pipe sizing of DWV and Water Supply system.
*Proficient with the use of computer graphic software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit Architecture) and Microsoft Office.
A self-directed worker and figure things out whenever possible.
