Profile Description

I have a strong background in customer service. I am passionate to sell. I was a Virtual Assistant in a Real Estate Company based in Florida for more than 2 years and I am confident to tell you that this experience of mine gave me an avenue to discover other skills that I have. I can work independently and I am a very versatile hard working employee. Managing my Broker’s email and creating reports every day are just an ordinary tasks for me. Following up with leads via phone call on Skype and relaying message from my Broker to prospecting clients was my everyday task aside from setting up appointments.
If the tasks listed for the position are somehow different from what I have experienced before I am sure that I can easily adjust. I have tested myself when I switched career from being in a BPO Industry to being a Virtual Assistant. I am willing to learn and I am a type of person that would rather ask than assume. I also have a strong background in Technical Support and Email Management. I believe that I will be a valuable asset in your Company.
