of our country's real estate landscape, making me well-prepared to handle its
challenges and opportunities. Additionally, my time as a Project Head in Sales
for a successful housing project in Laguna and Batangas has honed my project
management, documentation, and administrative skills. I'm also skilled in
working with banks and facilitating loan processes.
