I have 5 years of experience as part of the talent acquisition team. I started out as a Sourcing Supervisor, then a Senior Marketing Specialist until I have a become a Senior Recruiter for a US hiring agency. I developed techniques in sourcing the right candidates and matching them to the right programs or clients by screening their resume and conducting interviews. I have handled hiring for various positions, from entry level to management. I am also familiar with different job boards, social media platforms that would help increase the applicant flow as well as familiarity with different Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management. I am very keen to details when it comes to reports and I always make sure to provide insights on how a hiring process could be improved.
