Profile Description

I started working as an Outbound Sales Representative. I've handled different accounts such as Appointment setting, Credit card pulling, Business to Business account, Financial and Medical account. Subsequently, I became Customer Service/ Sales Rep. My job was to take orders from customers and to resolve customer's concerns regarding the product and the company's processes and make sure to provide customer satisfaction. On a further note, Customer Service Rep/Sales Associate in an Insurance Company was my first home-based job. I called potential clients to give them the best rate for General Liability Insurance. For Interested clients, I was responsible for processing all their documents to get started with their Insurance Policy and that doesn't stop there. Also, It was part of my job to assist clients If they request for a certificate of Insurance or other concerns related to their Policy. Following this, I worked as an English Teacher in an Online English company and I teach Chinese students both young and adult. Lastly, I am currently working as an Assistant Staffing Manager in a Home Health Company in California. Part of my job is to staff patients from different Agencies and assign them to our therapists. I am also handling the text line where I answer the Therapist/Agency's concern and respond to emails on a timely manner. Also, I was tasked to check the Therapist's note making sure that it's uploaded, checking the patient's signature, uploading the therapist's credentials and following up to the therapists for some missing credentials.
