Profile Description

I worked as a Virtual Assistant managing Email/Chat, Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), and Admin. tasks.  I have handled fulfilling orders, shipping, disputes/chargebacks, research, product listing, etc. 

I also worked in the BPO industry for 9 years as a Customer Service Representative and worked my way up to becoming a Senior Customer Service Representative wherein I handled consults and escalated calls.  

Previous office work experience includes being an Administrative Assistant handling financial reports, sales, and marketing tasks. 

I am a hardworking, fast, and eager learner, able to multi-task and with low to no supervision needed. I do my best in any given task.
