Before working as a VA for almost 4 years, I have experienced working in a BPO Industry, engaging to diff. people a day and providing the best service they deserved.
When I started to work as a VA, I really started from scratch, I didn't know anything, but with the help of Internet, my client and my husband, I was able to learn everything that I know. I have 3 clients from Australia before, I am managing their Websites(Wordpress), Social Media Sites and I am also doing Email Marketing(using ZOHO), Video and Photo Editing, Basic SEO etc..

Website Content Management – Information/Images update in every pages of the website. I have handled various WordPress websites from my previous clients.
- Update information on your website
- Update images and video uploads
- Integrate Sign up forms to website
- Calendar Management – make sure every events has correct details
- I know some basic HTML codes
Email Management and Marketing
- Creating E-newsletter (but not professional content writing)
- Email Automation (E-books subscriptions, sign up form auto reply etc.). I have experienced using ZOHO, AWeber and Fastrack.
- Creating embed sign up forms
- Creating Web Form, Booking Forms, Contacts Management
- Create or manage forms thru GDocs, EventBrite, Wuffoo, and more..
- Integrate forms to website
- Manage all form results such as contacts, survey answer, all data in the form.
Social Media Management
- Daily posting to ALL Social Media Platforms such as FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest
- Create Quotes Images for Social Media Posting
-Schedule post on all social media platforms using Hootsuite, EveryPost, Buffer, FB Scheduler
YouTube video management
- Add webinar, videos, and meetings in YouTube
- Edit or adjust video thru professional video editing tool if needed.
Image and Video Editing (Thru Photoshop, Canva and Camtasia)
- Create quote
- Resize images
- Cut, add Video Cover, stitch other video clips
- Adjust video volume, add sounds
- Create Flyers for Upcoming Events
Articles Management (Thru EZINE)
- Upload Content in Ezine
Project Management
- Create a project management tool, check and manage all task/s in it.
- Coordinate with other team member, set timeline and check end of day report
