Hi Employers,
It's been 8 years since I've been working in a BPO company. At first it was challenging though but I learned to like it and live with it almost every day of my life. I was given the task to lead a team consisting of 15-25 agents. This is where my expectations were met as a person. I always look forward for a job that motivates me to do better each day because of the competition I'm into. I am always at my Upgrade to see actual info is in this line of work where I am given the privilege to work with a team. Molding each and everyone of the new member and encouraging them as well.
My job as a call center supervisor means that I have been able to develop my customer service skills, so I can effectively communicate with Upgrade to see actual info also shows my excellent time management skills, as I am able to balance all work loads and deadlines met. I am also able to develop my working skills with different types of person and dealing with Upgrade to see actual info connection with being a supervisor, I can work with minimal supervision guaranteed that task are done well at the end of each business days. I will be able to use these skills when working for you. 
In 2016, I dUpgrade to see actual info to work home based as a Virtual Assistant. I got into sales doing both inbound and outbound calls even email and chat support. Just about end of 2021 when I had my Real Estate training. Afterwhich, I got my very first client into Real Estate industry. Basically I did cold-callings and setting appointment too. Over the course of my career, I have developed a skilled set directly relevant to customer service having said that I have a great customer communications, being able to meet deadlines both independently and in a team environment. I can work under pressure and can perform confidently.
