My main responsibilities were to handle customer requests and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. I was also a Virtual Assistant for a year, handling social media, customer support and a bit of advertising. Having worked for these companies sculpted my ability to adapt to any situation and my skills in handling different types of customers.
