I am a hardworking and dedicated employee; I am a fast learner. I can work in a fast-paced environment. I have received the best communication skills training and have built me up to become conversational, especially with the English language. I stayed in the company for almost a year. I was part of the DLQ (delinquent) department; we are specialized in handling customer accounts whose loans are already 30 days past due. I was one of the excelling agents for both accounts. My first job as a home-based agent was cold calling to businesses in the US for an Electronic company. My second job was as a lead generation agent for US health insurance. These jobs need productivity and I am proud to say that I'm good at providing numbers. I was also a VA for quite some time now. I worked with an Amazon Seller. I handled e-mails, phone calls, tracking of packages, order listing, data entry, research and social media management. I was recognized for being a productive and a reliable agent. I have learned to exhaust every source that I have to satisfy every customer. I was also a VA for a Shopify Seller who takes care of almost everything, from Order fulfillment to Customer Service. I was trained to finish multiple tasks every day, finishing work in a specific time without compromising the quality of the job done. I have a good eye for details and have great communication skills. My experience in E-commerce is what I consider my strength. I am a Jack of all trades.
