I've been working as a Virtual Assistant for more than 7 years now and my responsibilities includes Project Management, setting appointments, organizing calendar schedules, wordpress and SEO updates, Social Media Campaign optimization, updating and regulating wordpress, shopify, Amazon-related tasks like PPC and listing optimization, managing social media pages, and research to name a few.  With my skills and experience, I can definitely fulfill the role as your Virtual Assistant.

I'm a fast learner and a self-starter, the qualities of a multi-skilled VA. I always make sure that my work are of the highest quality and delivered on or before time. My ultimate goal is to help my clients be successful by making them focus on what they do best and the rest to me.

I previously worked with JP Morgan Chase as a Customer Support Advisor for more than 2 years, to which my job responsibility is to call clients with past due accounts to bring their account back to current and/or provide options to help customers manage their account while maintaining excellent customer service. I was also given the task to manage a micro team of 10 members for more than 2 years as part of the company's program to train potential leaders.
