? Create and deliver effective coaching-centric training including curriculum, training, exams and certification
? Become an expert on the product, and, as needed, build/record “how-to” videos.
? Keep records of existing training programs and determine, if any, improvements should be made
? Regularly conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop training contents as identified in the training needs analysis
? Ensure all training modules are current, coordinated with new product releases and updated
continuously to reflect key competitive differentiators.
? Proactively assess the product training needs of all relevant teams and develop training materials that emphasize in achieving their team objectives
? Assist in developing training policies
? Perform other tasks that may be needed in achieving and fulfilling the objectives of the training team.
