I currently own a small handmade online business since 2018 but it's temporarily closed since the pandemic (March 2020). I should be hired for an IT Recruiter post (or anything related) because I have extensive knowledge of how IT Recruitment goes. I know the ins and outs, what an employer is and an IT talent is looking for based on the experiences I gained from working with them. I'm very creative. Over the years of my experience in recruitment, I know and I'm confident that I'm effective with hiring for Technical/IT positions.
