Profile Description

I currently own a small handmade online business since 2018 but it's temporarily closed since the pandemic (March 2020). I'm an experienced HR Admin specializing in Recruitment and I'm really capable to work in any administrative tasks. I'm looking forward to having a part time or full time Virtual Assistant work. I'm very much into admin tasks since I started working with BPO and IT companies and I'm willing to do so while I am striving to make a home with my husband and my 3-year-old daughter.

I've been a Recruitment Specialist specializing in sourcing and hiring IT talents. I have experienced hiring for highly technical positions such as but not limited to Software. Programmers/Analysts/Engineers, Systems/Network Administrators, Software QA/Testers, NOC Engineers/Analysts and the like. I've been with industries such as BPO, Recruitment Consulting, IT.
With my 6 years solid experience in IT/Technical Recruitment, I've also learned the following:
- Sourcing thru Job Portals such as Jobstreet, Monster, JobsDB, Linkedin
- Interviewing thru phone and in person
- Coordinating and working hand in hand with stakeholders/hiring managers
- Advanced computer skills
- Maintaining and updating HRMS
- Has good MS Applications knowledge and experience (MS Excel, Pivot, Vlookup, MS Word, MS Powerpoint)
I should be hired for an IT Recruiter post (or anything related) because I have extensive knowledge of how IT Recruitment goes. I know the ins and outs, what an employer is and an IT talent is looking for based on the experiences I gained from working with them. I'm very creative. Over the years of my experience in recruitment, I know and I'm confident that I'm effective with hiring for Technical/IT positions.
