Profile Description

As a Customer Success executive for a software company, I provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company’s product, replying to inbound queries. Ensuring customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities.

I have work experience as a Social Media Assistant for a real estate company and a health and wellness coach.  Handling their Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, making daily posts and making designs using Canva are some of the tasks that I did.  I am also very knowledgeable in Microsoft programs such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. 

I have a certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).

I graduated in Business Administration Major in Operations Management. Thus, making reports and simple financials are an easy work load for me. I am fluent in speaking and writing in English.

I can assure you that I am very dedicated to my work and can work with minimal supervision. I am also highly trainable and can adapt well to pressure and changes in my work.
