Hi, my name is Upgrade to see actual info, I've been working Virtual Assistant for 7 years and working on Shopify, Amazon, Aliexpress, and eBay for a long time. I do product research, to search for possible selling products and upload them to Shopify using Oberlo and Dropified apps. I can also upload manually. I do customer support too as I answer customer complaints, answer where their orders are at, change their address with the supplier, contact the supplier about the replacement, and do the refund. Doing TikTok ads, launching products on Tiktok in the beauty products niche with a daily budget of 60 euros, and bidding with 12 euros. I know how to use viral style, Redbubble, Teelaunch, Gearbubble, and many more. I'm a detail-oriented person and eager to learn more. I always try to solve everything on my own first before I relay it to my client, as I always want to be a problem solver. I assure you I know how to do this job.
