Profile Description

Customer Service and VA Skills:1. Respond to product inquiry, shipment inquiry, order cancellation request, warranty claims, replacement concerns and refunds. This includes emails from Amazon and eBay, and other marketplaces (Wal-Mart, NewEgg, etc)2. Processed invoice requests to Amazon UK/DE/IT/FR/ES orders.3. Coordinate with Amazon regarding the removal of Merchant Feedback4. Respond to product reviews and answer product questions posted on Amazon5. Manage the uploads of Replacement Orders6. Regularly send follow-up emails to all customer with replacement orders.7. Regularly send notification emails to customers with back-order status orders.
