Project Manager

I am tasked to use ordering process and system knowledge to drive improvements on key business objectives. Will develop templates, ordering systems and process content for automation releases and production execution. Will analyze data to identify improvement areas and solutions to resolve wide range of issues/problems and drive projects focused on improving our products, services, customer experience and production efficiencies. Will be responsible for driving transformation efforts and business improvements of order management organization. These efforts span from ideation through implementation, operational readiness and execution; to include: • Ordering system automation and enhancements; implementation, process, communication and operational readiness • Transformation programs, across people, processes, and systems; inclusive of project planning, Joint Application Development (JAD), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking and communication
