- Conduct Weekly Buzz meetings -- what to write about this week, what to post on social media. Current events going on to tie into sites
- Daily Report on all Sites under Management- Quality Assurance of posts made for client sites and social media platforms
- Edit & Schedule post/topics in WordPress- Research keywords and topics from SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Buzzsumo, and MarketMuse- Conduct competitor research
- Assign Articles
- Ensures a wide range of quality articles populate on website in a timely mUpgrade to see actual infoer- Create Quality Headlines
- Training w/ Editorial Managers- Research and approve Fishbone (very long list post) content
- Admin tasks for the team such as filling out invoices- Ensures that all articles submitted by writers fit the brand’s mission statement, voice, and vision.
- Check in with Pod TeaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure that they have all questions answered, clear on the topics, and address any concerns or challenges encountered by team
- Manage Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook
- Create and schedule content and graphic posts for social media platforms.
- Create reports and analysis from Google Analytics and Agorapulse
