Logistic Service Roles and Responsibilities
-Supervise the work of logistics personnel.
-To make sure orders from buyers are being fulfilled and confirmed through our Amazon seller account-this includes tracking them down until delivered. Make sure our stocks or inventories are being updated from time to time.
-Keeps track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
-Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
-Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
-Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
-Create policies and procedures for logistics activities.
-Train department personnel in roles or responsibilities.
-Ensure compliance with company policies or procedures.
-Design or recommend automation for use in evaluating logistics programs or services.
-Order Processing - Enforcing our software when it fails to place orders automatically; making sure all orders are being placed to our suppliers properly.
-Tracking Orders - Enforcing our software when it fails to track orders automatically; making sure orders that were placed are being shipped from our suppliers-this includes getting tracking details.
-Updating Stocks/Inventories - Making sure that our inventories are being updated at least 2 times per shift
-Outsourcing out-of-stock/negative profit orders - Looking from other trusted online retailers for items that went out-of-stock from our stocks
-Working/Communicating with other departments - Making sure to give specific details what other departments need-specially Customer Service Department regarding order details, customer information, etc. and vice versa.
-Communicating with immediate superior - Informing immediate superior if problems/issues occurs-this includes software unexpected shutting down or not working properly, supplier accounts issues, order issues, tracking issues, inventory issues, etc. that needs to be properly addressed.
Customer Service Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist customers about their orders and correcting post sales problems.
• Ensures timely processing of customer orders and helps resolves customer disputes.
• Providing direction to team to ensure customer service
• Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency.
• Resolves customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
