Profile Description

I have been a Customer Service and Sales Representative for more than five years now in different accounts. I handle sales account most of the time.
In most of the accounts that I have handled, my task is to make sure that the customer gets more than what they need by providing world-class quality service.
I am career-driven. I put my job as my priority at all times. I am also a fast learner person. I am always hungry for new information and skills that will help me to become a better emploUpgrade to see actual info. Although working in a call center industry is a bit stressful, it does not bother me at all since I have the ability to stay focused in a stressful situation and I'm always up for a challenge.
