I've been in the Contact Center Industry since 2008 and have handled various tasks from customer service, sales advisor, advertising, and technical support. Most currently, I worked as an Executive Virtual Assistant for Real Estate agents from the US. Although my main forte is for Marketing and Social Media Management, having the experience in the Real Estate industry gave me the knowledge to tackle various kinds of tasks.
