•Risk/Issue management – An example of which was when a benefit configuration was modified accidentally from a higher hierarchy by a colleague when the requirement should only be at a group level (lower hierarchy). When this issue is left undetected and unresolved, this will cause millions of dollars to be lost by the benefit manager. This was detected through a weekly status touch base which includes risk/issue detection and mitigation.
