I've worked in the call center industry for 15 yrs now and counting. And in the telehealth Industry for like 3 years as a patient care coordinator and have been promoted twice from supervisor to subject matter expert. I'm Assisting Health professionals and patients with booking and other medical concerns My areas of expertise are? Following up on leads, booking appointments, answering, guiding, escalating, and monitoring patients’ and doctors’ technical issues and inquiries thru email and phone. We've been using Adracare, Zendesk, and openphone for our tools? Gather and collect patients’ forms and personal information for appointments and will file and store them in designated locations for new patients but most of the time they are submitting their information together with the reason for visits using our google links and verify all the details esp health card details to know if what we captured are correct during the calls before booking them an appointment. ? Maintaining confidential medical records for each client in accordance with HIPAA guidelines? Sending/Faxing/Emailing/ sometimes creating  Rx and Upgrade to see actual infolling Pharmacies to follow up on the pt rx, calling lab/clinics to fu on their imaging and or lab reports.I have experience with Real estate, customer service, and sales for Grants and TELCO companies as a supervisor. Then, sales under, solicitations for American Diabetes Ass., magazine subscriptions, and vacation packages, all under US Upgrade to see actual info my years of experience as a freelancer, I've learned and handled administration jobs, appointment settings, lead generations, credit repair and loans, data entry, email and social media marketing, eBay and Amazon specialists as a team leader.Within those years, I'm trained to handle a team and be successful with what am doing. I sure will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible.
