Upgrade to see actual info from the Philippines and I am an experienced Virtual Assistant who has worked with several clients in the past years. I have worked with a real estate appraisal firm in Salt Lake, Utah. I help my client find listings for the reports on properties that we appraise. I process neighborhood analysis, build a map for it and make descriptions. I clean up the reports and comparables.  Also, I have worked as an appointment setter for a janitorial service in Phoenix, Arizona where I make outgoing calls to potential clients and introduce our company. I also process email marketing and I do follow-ups on previous proposals.  I have also worked as a virtual assistant for a lawyer in New Hampshire where I help people process their social security disability claims. Most of the time, I am on the phone interviewing applicants to verify If they qualify for the benefits.
For more than ten years, I worked as a customer service representative in various call centers here in the Philippines, so I am equipped with troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills. I am an expert in call Upgrade to see actual infobound or outbound. I can handle any tasks given to me with efficiency, urgency and can deliver results with good quality. I can learn new things with determination and a positive attitude. During my free time, I watch videos on YouTube about other online skills such as WordPress, drop shipping, and content writing. I have been so involved with canva and animoto lately. I enjoy editing photos, creating online brochures and video making.
I have my own laptop, an HP core i5 7th generation and an extra monitor for a heavy workload. I also own a backup desktop computer.
I am using a DSL connection with 15mbps speed.
