Through regular coaching sessions, I honed their skills, enhanced their product knowledge, and instilled a customer-centric approach. I was also given the task of managing a micro-team of ten members for more than two years as part of the company's program to train potential leaders. I also launched, developed, and marketed a local brand as a hobby when I'm not working.
