I have been working as a technical Support/Virtual Assistant for the last two years.
Since I started my career in 2013, my English speaking skills has been developed. I have been working to mostly clients from US and UK.
Most of my work experiences are with customer support environment and I may not have directly trained for writing/blogging, I believe that I have the relevant skill that may help me succeed in other roles.
I started my career in customer support environment and I learned lots of skills along the way. I understand how important that you make a connection to your customer and have an active listening skills for better customer experience.
My longest work experience by far was with Workforce management where the main task is to monitor agent's break schedules, adherence and ensuring the service level is being met. My critical thinking skills have been fully trained which allows me to perform other roles.
