Mark started working as a VA since 2016. He was introduced to the world of supporting businesses through outsourcing services where he gained most of his skills.He started working with manual lead generation and worked with Linkedin and Linkedin Sales Navigator to search for prospects and manually verifying email addresses. He had campaigns set up on email automation software to send out emails per day and responded/followed up customer emails on several email accounts until finally would be able to schedule a meeting for a demo presentation with potential prospects.Mark was also given an opportunity to work on his client's first website. At first, he started coding the website from scratch until they implemented WordPress themes for easier integrations with any third-party software like Stripe Online Payment, etc. He was responsible for managing the web domain, including the installation of SSL certificates.   He also received an intensive training about digital marketing where he learned designing infographics, newsletters, etc., setting up Lead Magnets, creating Landing Pages, Social Media Calendar Management, Marketing Automation and Email Marketing services using MailChimp. He also received training about SEO from Upgrade to see actual info, Upgrade to see actual info Ads from Facebook Blueprint, Google Adwords and Analytics and familiarity on some major business tools and CRMs.
