Profile Description

I have extensive experience as a customer support representative. I have worked for a giant U.S. based telecommunications company as a Technical Support Specialist—a job title that I felt was a bit inadequate, given the sheer range of the tasks that I had to deal with on a daily basis. As a Technical Support Specialist, I was responsible for answering inquiries and billing problems, programming and troubleshooting, modifying services and packages, selling insurace, and dealing with irate customers. All this, under the very short "Average Handling Time". 

After that, I worked for a reservation account. Aside from handling phone calls, I processed payments, managed inventory, liaised with different contractors and dealt with other aspects of customer support like responding to chats and emails.I also worked as a Data Retrieval Assistant in the Healtcare Upgrade to see actual info keeping with U.S. HIPAA, I, under the biggest health insurance companies in aforementioned country, reached out to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers to retrieve sensitive patient files for recording and auditing purposes. After a while, I was promoted to the position of Quality Control Agent. My job now revolved around reviewing the files and making sure that the documents sent by the healthcare providers were complete and were legible. 

Still working under the same employer, I was removed from campaigns and was instead promoted to the company's marketing team. I was given the title of Social Media Manager and Search Engine Optimization Assistant. 

Aside from that, I worked with clients as an all-around SEO assistant. I was in charge of entry-level SEO tasks like reviewing backlinks and disavowing the toxic, and harmful links that might lead to Google penalizing their websites. I did Google Search Console error checks, Page Speed checks, Domain Authority checks, blog re-writing and optimization, SEO title and description optimization for pages, products, blogs, etc. I was also tasked with CMS tasks like updating content on the website, uploading blogs, and setting up pages.Lastly, I am familiar with Wordpress and Shopify, and have experience using Jira as I worked, an agile project management system.
