Profile Description

My name is Upgrade to see actual info, with 3 years of experience in the BPO world. Most recently, I worked with ECE Contact Centers and had a tenure of 2 years. I have also worked on several Projects under several LOBs ranging from inbound/outbound calls, email support and chat support. While employed full-time with ECE, I also worked part-time virtual assistant for a short period. Prior to that, I worked as an English Online Teacher in Upgrade to see actual info for 3 years. In addition, I have basic photo editing skills using Adobe Photoshop and video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro. I am also confident with my MS tools skills and knowledge for Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google slides. I have also used other communication tools like Slack, Zendesk , Kustomer and Com100. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss my skills and accomplishments with you. I have enough experience to qualify for any non voice part time position. I am open minded and willing to be trained to be a better version of myself.
